- Tenders are invited for Stockpiling and Hauling of Gravel for Spot Improvement at Masukwane and Pole Villages: Tender Documents shall be obtained from the Council Roads Division offices located behind the Council Workshop, Masunga during working hours, that is, between 0730 hours and 1245 hours and from 1345 hours to 1630 hours on weekdays from 27th May, 2019 to 17th June, 2019 on payment of a non-relundable fee of P150.00 (One Hundred and Fifty Pula only) in cash at the Council Revenue Office No. 15. Youth owned companies will procure Tender Documents at 50% of the fee, proof in the form of copy of certified Otnang, Form of Director and Shareholders Certificate. Queries relating to the issuance in the Tender Documents shall be addressed to: Mr Phemelo Mokgwaosele or Mr Bethwel Tlhotlhole, Private Bag 004, Masunga, Telephone Nos. 2489242/861, Fax No. 2982070, not later than five (5) working days before closing date. Tender offers should be submitted to LAPAD Office within Ipelegeng Offices in plain and sealed envelopes clearly marked: “Tender No. NEDC/RDS/20/2019 - Stockpiling and Hauling of Gravel for the Spot Improvement of Internal Roads in the District”, and addressed to: The Council Secretary, North-East District Council, Private Bag 004, Masunga. The closing time forreceipt offender offers is 0900 hours on 24th June, 2019. Late tender offers and those sent by telephone, telex, telegraph, facsimile or email will not be accepted. Tender opening shall commence on the same day (24th June, 2019) immediately after closing time in the Ipelegeng Conference Room. The opening shall be in public and companies who have submitted a tender may attend the tender opening if they wish, at their own cost.
