  • Tenders are invited for Supply and Delivery of Bedding for Registered Orphans, Needy Students, Rads Students, Community Home-Based Care Patients and Children in Need of Care with in Hukuntsi Sub-District. TENDER OFFERS ARE INVITED from bidders with relevant Trading/Manufacturing Licence from Local Authorities/Ministry of Investment, Trade and Industry for supply and delivery of bedding for registered orphans, needy students, RADs students, Community Home-Based Care patients and children in need of care within Hukuntsi Sub-District. Public Procurement and Asset Disposal Board (PPADB) Registration Certificate: Code: 211. Sub-Code: 04 - Clothing, Apparels. A 15% price preference margin for youth and other categories (women and people with disabilities) companies will apply as per Local Government Scheme - Presidential Directive CAB 19 (B)2013 as read with Government Policy Reform 2015; Affirmative Action in favour of youth. Bidding will be conducted in accordance with the Competitive Bidding Procedure and is open to only citizen local bidders within the Hukuntsi Sub- District jurisdiction. The contract will run for 24 months from the date of signing. NB: Bidders must attach a covering letter detailing full time contacts; Telephone/cellphone numbers, fax, email address that are in use full time.
