- Tenders are invited for Supply and Delivery of Black Refuse Bags at Mogoditshane/Thamaga Sub-District Council. The Procuring Entity is Public Health Department - Environmental Health Division. • Tenderers who are domiciled in Botswana must, in order to be considered for award of the contract, be registered with the Public Procurement and Asset Disposal Board (PPADB) for Code: 211, Sub-Code: 06 or Code 213: Sub-Code: 11. • A non-refundable tender fee of P150.00 (One Hundred and Fifty Pula only) payable in favour of the Mogoditshane/Thamaga Sub-District Council is required on collection of the Tender Document. Youth to buy Tender Documents at half price (50% tender value) provided there is provision of proof of letter from Youth office. Payment to be made at Council Revenue Office located at Mogoditshane/Thamaga Sub-District Council Offices, Nkoyaphiri Industrial, Mogoditshane. The physical address for collection of Tender Documents is: Mogoditshane Sanitation Depot Environmental Health Office No. 1, Nkoyaphiri Industrial, along Gabane Road. Documents may be collected during working hours, that is, between 0730 hours and 1245 hours and from 1345 hours to 1630 hours from 18th February, 2019. • Submission should be one (1) original marked “Original" and three (3) copies marked “Copy” placed in one envelope clearly marked: „Tender Nos. KDC/TR/ENV-MOGO/27/2019 — Supply and Delivery of Black Refuse Bags” on top of the envelope shall be addressed to: The Senior Assistant Council Secretary, Mogoditshane/Thamaga Sub-District Council, Private Bag 006, Mogoditshane and hand-delivered at LAPAD Secretary?s Office, located at Mogoditshane/Thamaga Sub-District Council Offices (RAC). • Queries or clarifications relating to the issue of these documents may be addressed to: Principal Environmental Health officer, Telephone No. 3910383 or 3105612/5, Fax No. 3105617. Queries should reach the office two (2) weeks before date and time of tender closure. • Tender offers sent by telex, e-mail or facsimile or submitted after the above date and/or time will not be considered. The closing time for receipt of tender offers is 0900 hours on 19th March, 2019 and tender opening will follow immediately after closing. Late tender offers will not be accepted. • The Local Authorities Procurement and Asset Disposal (LAPAD) Conditions of Tender apply to this procurement, for which all the applicable Tender Data is contained in the Tender Documents. Preference in accordance with the provisions of the LAPAD Act, 2008, shall apply to the contract as per the Presidential directives including the Economic Diversification Drive (EDD)
