Tenders are invited for A Design and Build Tender for Technical Buildings Refurbishment Works in Preparation for Air Traffic Surveillance Equipment Installation at Four International Airports Viz Sir Seretse Khama (SSKIA), Kasane (KIA), PG Matante (PGMIA) and Maun (MIA). Tenderers who are 100% citizen of Botswana must, to be considered for the award of the contract, be registered with the Public Procurement Regulatory Authority in the following categories: • Main Contractor For Works º Code 01 (Building Construction works and maintenance) Sub Code 01 (Building Construction) Grade D or higher. º Code 02 (Electrical Engineering works and Maintenance), Sub Code 01 (Electrical Installations), Sub code 02 (High Voltage Reticulation), Sub code 07 Security System Installations, Grade D or higher. º Code 08 Mechanical Engineering Works and Maintenance) Sub Code 01 (Air Conditioning/Refrigeration Systems), Sub Code 04 (Fire Suppression Systems) Grade D or higher. º Code 120 (ICT technical support services) Subcode 05 (Network management and maintenance services) In addition, the main contractor, associates, or his Design subcontractors that are domiciled in Botswana shall possess the following PPRA codes. º Code 301 (Architecture Services) and sub-code 01 (Architecture Services), Code 303 (Civil Engineering Services) and subcode 04 (Civil/Structural Engineering), Code 304 (Electrical Engineering Services) and sub-code 01 (Electrical Design - general) and Code 305 (Mechanical Engineering Services) and sub-code 01 (Mechanical Design - general) º Code 319 (ICT Consultancy Services) Subcode 01 (ICT system development) Subcode 02 (Networks and Facilities managementICT) Subcode 05 (Telecommunications) A non-refundable deposit of P1 100.00 and P550.00 payable by cash in favour of Civil Aviation Authority of Botswana (CAAB).
