- Expression of Interest are invited for Corporate Publications 1.BACKGROUND Boitekanelo College (PTY) Ltd (BC)is a leading privately-owned healthcare institution of higher learning in Botswana with a mandate to offer industry driven solutions in response to the growing demand for well- trained and skilled health professionals in Africa. It is registered and accredited by Botswana Qualifications Authority (BQA) and other professional bodies and has been operating for the past 15 years. Its over 2500 student population is a multicultural group of ambitious learners with representations from Zambia, Lesotho, Zimbabwe, Swaziland, Kenya, and Nigeria. BC offers certificate, diploma, and degree programs in various health related programs. 2.0 SUMMARY OF SCOPE Boitekanelo college is working on its supplier database that will be used for the next two (2) years. BC therefore invites companies providing the following products/services 3. COMPLIANCE REQUIREMENTS Expression of interest submissions should be accompanied by the following documentations: 1 Cover letter detailing type of supplies/service/works the company/business name is applying for in relation to the listed category. (Maximum of three (3) categories) 2. Certificate of Incorporation and / or Registration of Business Extract issued by Companies and Intellectual Property Authority (CIPA). Where applicable 3. Company Extract issued by Companies and Intellectual Property Authority (CIPA). Where applicable 4 Certified copy of identity document(s) for shareholders of companies and individuals. 5. Valid Tax Clearance Certificate issued by the Botswana Unified Revenue Service or tax pin with certificate number where applicable. 6. At least 3 reference letters with contact details (past and current clients in the last five years) for the category applied for. 7. A certified copy of trading license where applicable. 4. Notes 1.
