Tbe Wortts Contract will include the following: a) Architectural Designs b) construction of semidetached staff house c) Construction of Septic tank/s d) Connect and commission Power Supply e) Connect and Commission Water Supply f) Fencing of proposed and existing plots A compulsory Site visit meeting with representatives of the Procuring Entity will take place at Malatswae on Tuesday 10* October 2023 at 09:00hrs The meeting point will be at Malatswae WUC Reverse Osmosis Plant where the site visit will commence. (Tenderers should arnve at or before 09:00 hrs )
