Description:
Request for proposals are invited for Design, Financing, Construction, Operation, Maintenance and Transfer of the Tshele Hills Oil Storage Development Project under a Public-Private Partnership. Design, Build, Finance, Operate, Maintain and Transfer the Tshele Hills Strategic Oil Storage Depot near Rasesa Village in Botswana. SUBMISSION AND EVALUATION CRITERIA Submission requirements and evaluation criteria are set out in the RFP document and include aspects of administrative, technical, legal, financial and commercial nature. COMPULSORY SITE VISIT A compulsory site visit for Bidders (those who have purchased the RFP document and also submitted to BOL the duly completed “Annexure B- Conduct of procurement undertaking”) will be held at the project site Bidders have to register in advance for the site visit - please see RFP for more detail. The details of the compulsory site visit are: Date of meeting: 06 December 2023 Time of meeting: 10:00hrs CAT (GMT+2) Assembly area: Rasesa - Lentsweletau junction along A1 road BIDDERS CONFERENCE A bidders conference/ briefing session with the Bidders (those who have purchased the RfP document and also submitted to BOL the duly completed “Annexure B- Conduct of procurement undertaking") will be held on the 7th December 2023 at 10:00hrs CAT (GMT +2).
