Description:
Request for proposals are invited for Design, Install, and Commission a Fully Functional Access Control System Integrated with Time & Attendance. Where Practical the Use of Existing Infrastructure shall be Leveraged to Minimize Costs. In Addition, the System should Meet the following Minimum Requirements: • Facial Recognition with Radio Frequency Identification Using [Rfid] Cards • Graphic Display of Alarms and Control Points • Audible Voice and Visual Alarms • Multi-Level Security with Passwords • Visitor Management Module • Integration with Video Management System • Integration with Alco Breathalyzers • Integration with Sage Vip System and or Other Hr Systems • Centralized Command Center • Mobile Credentials • Broadcast Notification. Sms, Email and Mobile • Automated Reporting Features • Maintenance and Support Service Level Agreement [Sla] • Automatic Calculation of Manhours. • Adequate Data Retention [12 Months Retention for Access Logs] • a Total of 1000 People Enrollment with Capacity for Expansion to Accommodate Future Business Needs. • Operators Training To design, install, and commission a fully functional CCTV integrated with Access Control. In addition the system should meet the following minimum requirements: • IP based Video Management Application • IP PTZ-Pan Tilt Zoom Dome Camera • IP Fixed Camera • Analogue PTZ • A complete control room with ergonomic chairs and monitors • Recording on motion detection • Maintenance and support SLA • Video Storage Server of 30 to 45 days retention • Operators training
