Tenders are invited for Design, Supply and Installation of Laboratory Information Management System. Payment of a non-refundable fee of P500. The Water Utilities Corporation now invites sealed Bids from eligible Bidders for Supply and Installation of Laboratory Information Management System across the Water Utilities Corporation Laboratories. Brief system requirement is as below: Users Access. Management and Roles - Assign system access (username and password) to users to see the interfaces to tasks they may perform. Sample Life Cycle - Manage sample life cycle including receiving, results entry, review and approval Equipment Management - Manage equipment list and track scheduled and/or ad-hoc maintenance works including repairs, preventive maintenance, calibrations and quality controls • Inventory Management - Manage laboratory materials and consumable including consumption, restocking, relocation and disposal of the materials Sample Chain Custody - Display any inventory transactions for sample to allow viewing of history of the sample handling Customer Management - Manage customer information and set up tasks for laboratory testing including test pricing and schedules for sampling and testing • Customer Quotes and Invoicing - Quote for requested tests and Invoice customers for samples tested including any required facility payment terms Analyst Competence - Track and manage analyst training and competence for tests and any planned training
