- Tenders are invited for Determination and Quantification of Environmental Water Requirements (Ewr) for the Fish River (Namibia) below the Neckartal Dam The purpose of this consultancy is (a) to determine environmental water requirements for the Fish River, an ephemeral river systems in Namibia, downstream of the Neckartal Dam, which will then contribute to implementation of operating rules of the dam; and (b) to build capacity of national Officials in assessment and quantification of EWR.
