Tenders are Invited for Establishment of the Local Investigator Panel for Debswana Debswana is desirous to create a panel of local companies with forensic investigation capabilities to carry out forensic investigations on a need basis as appointed by the company. Contractors are required to demonstrate capabilities to provide the following services, with the accompanying desired outcomes:  Investigations: Ability to define the scope and plan of the investigation, which will assist in collection of relevant evidence, review and analysis of the information and ultimately being able to document the findings.  Forensic Analysis: Comprehensive analysis and evaluation of both digital and physical evidence, resulting in actionable insights and clear, concise reports that validates the concerns raised  Fraud and Financial Investigations: Detailed investigations of financial discrepancies with the outcome of detecting irregularities, and suggesting preventive measures.
