- Expression of Interest are invited for Gamma Zenith Wall Coating Rehabilitation and Associated Works. The rehabilitation works would entail: - Replacing loose wall plaster, - Preparing surfaces, filling cracks and applying rock bond sealant to walls and pillars, - Collecting and disposing scrapped granatic coating and plaster into skip, - Applying two coats of gamma zenith or equivalent wall coating to match existing colour code, - Re-secure loose cornice and ceiling on verandah-s and parking shade structures with self tapping screws, closing ceiling-cornice-wall gaps with paintable ceiling, - Cleaning pillars and applying paint to match existing, - Preparing surfaces, filling cracks and applying rock bond sealant to beams and pillars, - Preparing surfaces and applying paint to match existing wall colours.
