Tenders are invited for General Maintenance Works to Botswana National Archives and Records Services Headquarters, Gaborone, Kanye and Francistown Records Centres The physical address for collection of Tender Documents is: Botswana National Archives and Records Services Headquarters, Comer/Parliament Drive, Government Enclave, Accounts office, Second Floor. Documents may be collected during working days between 08:00 and 12:30 and from 14:00 to 16:00 effective 18th September, 2020. • A non-refundable deposit of P2 50.00 (Two Hundred and Fifty` Pula only) payable in cash on collection of the Tender Documents. • Youth companies shall acquire the document at 50% reduced price of P125.00 (One Hundred and Twenty- Five Pula only) as per the Presidential Directive CAB 14(B) 2015. Youth tenderers should provide a proof of National Identity Card/s and Directors Share Certificate upon purchasing of a Tender Document. This tender is reserved for 100% citizen owned contractors.
