Expression of Interest are invited for Hardware, Tools and Construction Materials at Maun and surrounding Villages. 3. COMPLIANCE REQUIREMENTS The Expression of Interest (EOI) should be accompanied by the following documents: • A cover letter that clearly outlines the type of products/services (from the ones listed above) the company is offering. • Clear indication of the business centre and villages being applied for • Companies must indicate Taxpayer PIN & TIN and Tax Clearance Registration Number/Certificate number. • Indicate vendor name as it appears on Public Procurement and Asset Disposal Board (PPADB) and Companies Intellectual Property Authority (CIPA) • Company profile with company address, contacts, and banking details. • List of Directors & shareholders issued by Companies Intellectual Property Authority (CIPA). • Certified copies of the Directors & Shareholder-s identity card documents. • Proven record of previous related assignment with reference letters (at least two) from clients for each category applied for (applicable for maintenance and works categories only) • Key personnel list and contact details should be provided for the particular category applied for Registration for the Expression of interest will close by 1400hrs Botswana local time on the 30 June 2022.
