The Eoi will be Issued through Email only. 4.2. Submissions should be Placed in a Sealed Envelope Dearly Marked as Per the below, or Emailed to Expression of Interest for Inclusion in the Minerals Development Company Botswana (Pty) Ltd (Mdcb) Suppuer Database for 3 Years' 4.3. Proposal Documents should be Hand Delivered at the Mdcb Office At the following Physical Address: Minerals Development Company Botswana (Pty) Ltd Plot 74358, 1st Floor, Prime Plaza Building, Cbd Gaborone, Botswana 4.4. Late. Facsimile and Telegraph Submissions will not be Accepted. 4.5. All Enquiries should be Directed to galeboeqmdcb.co.bw or Call 3810311. 4.0. Responding to this Invitation does not Guarantee an Automatic Registration with Mdcb. 4.7. All Suppliers and Service Providers Who are Currently in the Mdcb Supplier Database are Required to Submit Their Expression of Interest as They are not Exempt from the Process 4.8.
