Expression of Interest are invited for Open Roof Steel Painting and Refurbishment Works at Bank-s Airport Road Branch, Lot 61132, Block 8, Gaborone The Maintenance Works would Entail: • Prepare Surfaces, Prime and Paint Steel Roof Structure, Gates, External Security Doors and Associated Accessories to Match Existing. • Cleaning Kerbstones, Tarmac and Paved Road Surfaces with High Pressure Water to Remove Loose Cement, Grit or Mould and Rinse with Clean Water. • Preparing Surfaces and Applying Road Marking Paint to Renew Kerbstone Paint and Road Markings. • Replacing Worn out Concrete Floor Joints Sealants and Debris, Degrease with Hot Water and Rinse with Clean Water. • Improving Main Building Roofing Sheets Main Joint to Prevent Roof Leaks. • Replacing Passage Floor Carpets with Bank Supplied Carpet Tiles to Match Existing. Demonstrate a Proven Track Record in Undertaking about 8 Metre High Steel Roofs, Metal Gates, Re-Painting of Industrial Doors and Associated Works with Individual Contract Values over p500 000.00.
