Description:
Tenders are invited for Procurement of 24 Hours Security Guard Services and Alarm Monitoring to Ministry of Youth Empowerment, Sport and Culture Development for a Period of 24 Months A non-refundable deposit of Pl50.00 (One Hundred and Fifty Pula only) and P75.00 (Seventy-Five Pula only) for youth owned companies payable in cash or by bank guaranteed cheque made out in favour of the Government of Botswana is required on collection of the Tender Documents. All the payments should be paid at Administration Office, Ministry of Youth Empowerment, Sport and Culture Development - Mogoditshane. • Youth companies should bring along/present Registration of Company Form listing Directors and Shareholders and copies of ID - Omang of the Same. • Queries or clarifications relating to the issuance of these documents may be addressed, in writing, no later than fourteen (14) days before the tender closing date to: Ms Nametso Montsho, Telephone No. (267) 3934389, Fax No. (267) 3163620. • A compulsory site visit and/or pre-tender meeting with representatives of the Procuring Entity will take place at Ministry of Youth Empowerment, Sport and Culture Development, Plot No. 5742, opposite Sefalana Hyper and Motovac, Mogoditshane on 19th February, 2021 starting at 0900 hours to 0930 hours. Late coming will not be entertained The closing date and time for receipt of sealed tender offers is 1000 hours on Wednesday, 3rd March, 2021 at the MYSC Office in Mogoditshane (opposite MOTOVAC and Sefalana Cash and Carry).
