Description:
Tenders are invited for Procurement of 24-Hours Security Guard Services and Alarm Monitoring to Mogoditshane Secondary School for a Period of 24 Months. The Procuring Entity is Mogoditshane Senior Secondary School, Department of Secondary Education - Ministry of Basic Education, Plot No. 61293, Nkoyaphiri Ward, Mogoditshane. The physical address for collection of Tender Documents is: Mogoditshane Senior Secondary School, Bursar-s office situated at Administration Block. Documents may be collected during working hours from Monday to Thursday between 0800 hours and 1245 hours and from 1345 hours to 1530 hours from 21 st September, 2020. A non-refiindable deposit of P150.00 (One Hundred and Fifty Pula only) and P75.00 (Seventy-Five Pula only) for youth owned companies payable by cash or in bank guaranteed cheque made out in favor of the Government of Botswana is required on collection of the Tender Documents. All the payments should be paid at Bursar-s office, Administration Block - Mogoditshane Senior Secondary School. Youth companies should bring along/present Registration of Company Form listing Directors and Shareholders and copies of ID (Omang) of the same. Queries or clarifications relating to the issuance of these documents may be addressed in waiting no later than fourteen (14) days before the tender closing date to: Ms Oaboloka Tshwene/Mrs Laone Mautle, Telephone Nos. (+267) 3936955/3915641, Fax No. (+267) 3915641. A compulsory site visit and/or pre-tender meeting with representatives of the Procuring Entity will take place at Mogoditshane Senior Secondary School, Plot No. 61293, Nkoyaphiri Ward, Mogoditshane on 25th September, 2020, starting at 0900 hours. Bidders should be required to register their attendance in the Register at the meeting for evaluation purposes. The closing date and time for receipt of sealed tender offers is 1000 hours on 21 st October, 2020 at the school-s Mini Conference facilities by the Multi-Purpose Hall.
