- Tenders are invited for Procurement and Fitting of New Tyres, Tubes, Flaps and Delivery of Batteries to Tutume Sub-District A non-re fundable payment of PI 00.00 (One Hundred Pula only) in cash is required prior to collection of the Tender Document. As per the Directive CAB 14 (B) 2015, youth owned companies shall buy Tender Document at P50.00 (Fitly Pula only). The youth owner shall be required to produce either Form 2,8,13 or 14 form CIPA accompanied by Omang for proof of ownership of the company in order to buy the Tender Document at P50.00 (Fifty Pula only). Payment must be made at Rural Administration Centre (Revenue Office) made out in favour of tire Tutume Sub-District Council prior to collect of the Tender Document effective 6th March, 2020 between 0830 hours and 1245 hours and from 1345 hours to 1530 hours on Mondays to Fridays. A One-Stage-One-Envelope submission method and Technical Compliance Selection Method will be used. Queries relating to the issuance of these documents may be addressed to: MrB. PogisoorMrP. All copies: 1 marked “Original” tender plus three (3) marked “Copies” should be enclosed in a sealed envelope and the envelope must be clearly marked: ‘Tender No: CDC/TUT/CTUT016/2020-2021 — A Supplies Contract for the Procurement and Delivery of New Tyres, Tubes, Flaps an Batteries for Tutume Sub-District Council,” and addressed to: Senior Assistant Council Secretary, Private Bag 006, Tutume, and should reac Adjudication Office No. J2 not later than 1000 hours on 7th April, 2020. The official bid opening shall commence the same day 7th April, 2020, soo after closure at tire Rural Administration Centre, Treasury Open Space. Bidders willing to attend to tire opening of the bid may do so at their ofexpenses.
