Tenders are invited for Procurement and Implementation of Education Information Management System (Emis) The physical address for collection of Tender Documents is: Ministry of Basic Education, Block 6 Building, Gaborone, Botswana, Government Enclave, Floor 7, Office No. 34 and 54. Documents may be collected during working days between 0730 hours and 1245 hours and from 1345 hours to 1630 hours with effect from 16th March, 2020. Queries of clarifications relating to the issuance of these documents may be addressed in waiting no later than fourteen (14) days before the tender closing date to: Mr K. Hambira, Mr T. Sennanyana or Ms E. M. Molefe, Telephone No. (+267) 3715225, Fax No. (+267) 3185167. The closing date and time for receipt of sealed tender offers is 1000 hours on 20th April, 2020. Late tender offers will not be accepted. Tender proposals wall be opened in the presence of bidders wishing to attend or representatives at their own cost at 1030 hours on 20th April, 2020. The method of evaluation is the Least Cost method. The Expression of Interest Submission Method is: Two-Envelope Submission in which one (1) tender document marked “Original” and two (2) copies of the original document marked “Copy” to be submitted in one sealed envelope clearly marked: ‘Tender No. MOBE/MTC/DEPRS/0182/2020 — A Sendee Contract for the Procurement and Implementation of Educational Information Management System”, shall be delivered to: Ministerial Tender Committee, First Floor, Office No. 47, Ministry of Basic Education, Block 6 Building, Gaborone, Botswana. name and address of the company should be clearly marked on the envelope.
