- Procurement of Food Rations for Princess Marina Hospital, in Gaborone for a Period of 24 Months The physical address for collection ofTender Documents is Princess Marina Hospital, Supplies Department. Documents may be collected during working hours between 0800 hours and 1230 hours and from 1400 hours to 1600 hours, Monday to Friday from 14th April, 2020. A non-refundable fee of P250.00 (Two Hundred and Fifty` Pula only) payable in cash Princess Marina Hospital in Gaborone, Plot No. 1836, Hospital Way at Revenue Office ( Hospital Patients Reception) and is required to collect the Tender Documents after payment. Youth companies would purchase the tender at half price provided they produce documents verifying that they are youth companies. Queries or clarifications relating to the issuance of these documents may be addressed in writing no later than fourteen (14) days before the tender closing date to: L. The closing date and time for receipt of sealed tender offers is 1000 hours on 14th May, 2020. Late tender offers will not be accepted. The Bid Submission Method is: One Envelope Submission in which a tenderers financial and technical offer is submitted together in one sealed envelope The teclutical and financial bid response shall be submitted in one envelope containing one (1) original document and three (3) copies. Tltis envelope shall be labelled bidder-s name, ‘Tender No. MTC/MOHW/HSM/SUP/11613/28112019”; and clearly marked: “A Supplies Procurement of Food Rations for Princess Marina Hospital, in Gaborone For a Period of 24 Months”. The original must be marked “Original” and copies marked “Copy” The Tender Documents must be delivered and deposited on the Tender Box located at the Main Supplies Department, Princess Marina Hospital, Plot No. 1836, Hospital Way (South Ring Road) Gaborone, Botswana.
