- Tenders are invited for Procurement of Prefabricated Building for MYSC in Tsabong and Goodhope The Tender Documents would be Collected during Working Hours between 0800 Hours and 1245 Hours and from 1400 to 1600 Hours at the Ministry of Youth Empowerment, Sport and Culture Development at Sixth Floor, Office No. 603 Effective 22nd September, 2020 after Paying a Non-Refundable Fee of P250/- (Two Hundred and Fifty Pula only) or P125/-.(One Hundred and Twenty-Five Pula only) (Youth) Cash to the Government of Botswana.Youth Companies shall Acquire the Documents at 50% Reduced Price as Per the Presidential Directive Cab(B) 2015. Youth Companies should Provide A Proof of National Identity Card/S and the Directors Share Certificate upon Purchasing Tender Documents. The Tender Validity is 120 Days after Closing Date. A Compulsory Clarification Meeting with Representatives of the Procuring Department will Take Place at Goodhope at 1000 Hours on 6th October, 2020 And at Tsabong at 1000 am on 8th October, 2020. Bidders shall Attend Pre-Tender Meeting of Both Sites. Queries Relating to the Issuance of These Documents may be Addressed Ten (10) Days before Closing Date To: Mr Gothusang T.
