Procurement of Services for a Consultancy Services for Preparation of Strategic Environmental Assessment (Sea) Report for Commercial Arable Farms in Kweneng District The physical address for collection ofTender Documents is: Plot No. 189709, Kweneng Land Board, Molepolole (Procurement Office No. 3), opposite Kweneng District Council Chambers. Documents may be collected during working hours between 0730 hours and 1245 hours and from 1345 hours to 1530 hours on weekdays with effect from 28th August, 2020 at a fee ofP 150.00 (One Hundred and Fifty Pula only) cash/EFT (swiping with bank card) (non-refundable). Youth companies will buy the Tender Document at half price for cash P75.00 (Seventy-Five Pula only). Queries or clarification relating to the issuance of these documents may be addressed, in writing, to: G. Shatera or S. Tender clarification is fourteen (14) working days before the tender closing date. Queries received after 16th September, 2020 will not be responded to. The last day for the Procuring Entity to respond to tender clarifications is seven (7) working days before the tender closing date. A compulsory site visit meeting with representatives of the Procuring Entity will take place at Lentswreletau Sub-Land Board Chambers on 8th September, 2020, starting at 0800 hours. Bidders are required to sign a register at the site visit meeting and they shall cover their own costs for the site visit. Bidders are advised to use off road velucles due to the nature of terrain in the area.
