- Tenders are invited for Procurement of Teaching Materials and Stationery to Botswana Police College near Otse. The physical address for collection of Tender Documents is: Botswana Police College, near Otse, Administration Block, Reception Office, Ground* Floor. Documents shall be collected during working hours between 0730 hours and 1245 hours and from 1345 hours to 1630 hours on weekdays with effect from Monday, 16th March, 2020. A Single-Envelope Procedure will be followed. The original document should be marked with the word “Original” and all copies marked with the word, “Copy” in a sealed envelope. Early tender offers will be submitted to: The Secretary, Ministerial Tender Committee, Ministry of Defence, Justice and Security, Gaborone Central Business District, Plot No. 54355, Square Central Building, Ground Floor, Office No. 003, Phase 2, Gaborone Tender proposals submitted on the closing day on Tuesday, 14th April, 2020 will be submitted to: The Secretary, Ministerial Tender Committee, Ministry of Defence, Justice and Security, Gaborone Central Business District, Plot No. 54355, Square Central Building, Ground Floor, Office No. 004, Phase 2, Gaborone. Tender opening will take place immediately after closing at 0900 hours at: The Secretary, Ministerial Tender Committee, Ministry of Defence, Justice and Security, Gaborone Central Business District, Plot No. 54355, Square Central Building, Ground Floor, Office No. 004, Phase 2, Gaborone. The originals must be marked “Original” and copies numbered from “1 to 2”. Name and address of the bidder must be clearly marked on the envelope. Each tender offer must be accompanied by a Form of Intent to Provide Performance Bond in the form provided in the Tender Schedules included in the Returnable Documents. A non-refundable tender fee of P250.00 (Two Hundred and Fifty Pula only) payable in cash made out in favour of the Government of Botswrana is required on collection of the Tender Document. Youth, women and people with disabilities registered companies pay a non-refundable fee of PI 25.00 (One Hunched and Twenty-Five Pula only), but have to produce letters of registration from the relevant Ministry or Department, to be eligible for this amount. Payments to be made at Botswana Police College during working days between 0800 hours and 1230 hours and from 1400 hours to 1600 hours.
