Description:
Expression of Interest are invited for Provide Requisite Facilities Management Services to Mote Facilities across the Country including Management of Maintenance, Repairs and Development Works of All Facets and Installations of the Built and Build Environment. Documents shall be collected for free during working hours between 0800 hours and 1245 hours and from 1345 hours to 1600 hours weekdays with effect from 1st March, 2021. The physical address for collection of EOI documents is: Ministry of Tertiary Education, Research Science and Technology, Government Enclave, Block 6 Building, First Floor, Office No. 64, Gaborone. Respondents may propose for one (1) or more Lots presented. To obtain particular details of the EOI, interested service providers shall obtain a copy from the Purchasing Office, Office No. 64, First Floor, Block 6 Building, Government Enclave, between 0800 hours and 1600 hours, Monday to Friday. Queries or clarifications relating to tire EOI may be addressed, in waiting, fourteen (14) days before the EOI closing date to: Ms Sabe Ndeke, Deputy Manager - Procurement and Project Management, Email: sndeke@gov.bw. Submissions shall be in one (1) sealed and marked parent envelope containing three (3) copies of the proposal labelled “Original” and “Copy”. All copies: one (1) original plus two (2) copies shall be enclosed in a sealed parent envelope and the envelope must be clearly marked: “Expression of Interest for the Provision of Facilities Management Sendees for the Ministry of Tertiary Education, Research Science and Technology”. The envelope shall be delivered to: Tire Secretary, Ministerial Tender Committee, Ministry of Tertiary Education, Research Science and Technology, Gaborone, First Floor, Room Number 47, Block 6 Building, Government Enclave, Gaborone and shall be deposited in the Tender Box. All submissions shall be registered with MOTE. The closing time for receipt of proposal offers shall be 1000 hours on 30th March, 2021. Late proposal offers will not be accepted.
