- Tenders are invited for Provision of Consultancy Services for Environmental Impact Assessment Study for Mmathethe - Bray - Werda Road (125km - Section A Tender Documents can be collected upon payment of a non-refundable amount of P250.00 (Two Hundred and Fifty Pula only) and P125.00 (One Hundred and Twenty-Five Pula only) for youth owned companies payable to the Botswana Government with effect from 7th March 2022 during working days between 0800 hours and 1500 hours from Roads Department Headquarters, Office Number 217. Kalasi, Email: akalasi@gov.bw. A compulsory site visit with representatives of the Roads Department will commence from Mmathethe Filling Station at 0900 hours on 16th March 2022. Subsequent to the site visit, a pre-tender meeting will be held at a venue to be confirmed during the site visit. Tenderers should be represented at the site visit and clarification meeting by a person who is suitably qualified and experienced to comprehend the implications of the work involved. Failure to attend site visit will lead to disqualification of bidders. Companies should not share representatives; each company must be represented by a single representative. Tender offers marked: “Consultancy Services for Environmental Impact Assessment Study of Mmathethe - Bray - Werda Road (125km - Section A) Project” shall be submitted to: Ministerial Tender Committee Secretary, Private Bag 00414, Gaborone not later than 0800 hours on Friday, 1st April, 2022; when tender submissions will be opened in the presence of tenderers or hand-delivered to: The Tender Reception, Ministry of Transport and Communications, Ground Floor, Plot No. 54690, Westgate Mall, Gaborone, Botswana. One (1) original and three (3) copies of the original as per the Two-Envelope System must be submitted. One (1) sealed envelope should contain two inner envelopes; one (1) marked “Technical Proposal” and the other marked “Financial Proposal”.
