Description:
Expression of Interest are invited for Provision of External Legal Services for Botswana Development Corporation (Bdc) THE REQUIREMENT BDC is looking for external legal sen/ice providers, with preference for 100% Citizen-Owned firms, to provide legal services to BDC on its panel. The prospective law firms shall provide BDC with an Expression of Interest (EIO) on the firms' capability, experience, and methodology to be used in undertaking the provision of the services below: General Legal Advice, Tax law matters, Provide litigation services, Arbitration, Undertake Conveyancing and notarial work. Debt Collection, Provide Legal opinions, Commercial Transactions including but not limited to private equity, banking, venture capital, both locally and regionally, Administrative Law Labour law, Provide any form of legal intervention as instructed by BDC. The submissions must be e-mailed with subject title 'Expression of Interest for the provision of Legal Services to BDC' by 1000 HRS, Botswana time, on 21st December 2021 to Procurement@bdc.bw
