Tenders are invited for Provision of Occupational Health Medical Services to De Beers Global Sightholder Sales Scope of Services The Identified Service Provider will be Expected to: A Provide Consulting Services including Hazard Identification and Risk Assessment (Hira) for Occupational Health Risk B Conduct Preemployment, Periodic and Exit Medical Examinations for Employees and Contractors. C. Manoge Injury and Illness on Duty Cases. D. Provide Incident Classification Reports for Injury and Illness on Duty Cases. E. Ensure Complete Rehabilitation of Injured or Ill Employees and Advice on Appropriate Placement. F. Conduct Disability Evaluation. G. Complete Workers Compensation Assessments. H. Refer Cases Needing Specialised Medical Attention. I. Cooperate with Other Medical Specialists for Various Professional Opinions, J.
