Provision of Security Guard Services at Lebogang Junior Secondary School for a Period of Two (2) Years The physical address for collection of Tender Documents is: Lebogang Junior Secondary School, Supplies Office. A non-refundable fee of P250.00 (Two Hundred and Fifty Pula only) and youth P125.00 (One Hundred and Twenty-Five Pula only) payable in cash must be made out in favour of the Government of Botswana is required on collection of the Tender Document, (cheques will be not acceptable).• Queries relating to the issuance of these documents may be addressed, in writing, not later than 2 days before the closing date to: K. Ofentse, DATC Secretary), Telephone No. 2610866, Fax No. 2610866. • The Two Envelope System will be followed; • The bid response shall be submitted in two separate proposals in which the financial oflfer from the tender is placed in one sealed envelope marked: ‘Tender No. CDSP/DATC/EDUC/SECURITY/1/2020-2022 — Provision of Security Guard Services at Lebogang Junior Secondary School for a Period of Two (2) Years” shall be delivered to Office of District Commissioner, Second Floor, BBS Building, Selebi-Phikwe. • Documents may be collected during working days at Lebogang JSS between 0800 hours and 1245 hours and from 1345 hours to 1600 hours with effect from 28th August, 2020. • A compulsory pre-tender site meeting with representatives of tire Procuring Department will take place at Lebogang JSS on 17th September, 2020 at 1000 hours. Bidders shall be required to register their attendance at the visit for evaluation purposes. Failure to attend pre-tender meeting shall constitute ineligibility to participate in the tender. • The closing time for receipt of tender offers is 1000 hours on 28th September, 2020.
