Description:
Tenders are invited for Provision of Security Services to Morupule Coal Mine It is a pre-requisite of this tender that bidders attend a site visit in order to familiarize themselves with the site, the scope of the services and the environmental conditions under which the services are to be performed. The site visit shall take place on 14 September 2021 at 0830hours. Representatives attending the site visit are required to arrange their own transport, accommodation and protective clothing, i.e. hard hat, steel toed boots, reflective vest and goggles. Tender documents may be collected from Morupule Coal Mine, Security office, along Palapye/Serowe Road (A14), between Monday and Friday, from 0730hrs to 1630hrs, upon producing proof of payment of a non-refundable fee of BWP250.00 (Two Hundred and Fifty Pula Only). Payments may be made in cash or by Electronic Fund Transfer to: Account Name: Morupule Coal Mine; Bank Name: Stanbic Bank; Account No : 9060001295360 Branch No : Fairgrounds Swift Code: SBICBWGX. Closing Date and Time The closing date and time for the receipt of tender submissions shall be on 28 September 2021 at 12:00 noon. Tenders received after the closing date and time will not be considered. Telegraphic, telephonic, telex, facsimile or emailed submissions will also not be considered. Morupule Coal Mine reserves the right to reject or accept any submission and does not bind itself to accept the lowest or any portion of any tender. Acceptance thereof is not binding on the company until confirmed through official notification. The services pertaining to these contracts shall be run under Morupule Coal Mine General Conditions of Service details which are in the tender documents.
