• Tenders are invited for Provision of Security Services for Tlokweng Sub-District Council The physical address for collection of Tender Documents is: Tlokweng Sub-District Council Offices. Documents may be collected during working hours (that is, between 07:30 and 12:45 and from 13:45 to 16:30 from 21 st September to 21st October, 2020. Submission should be one (1) original and three (3) copies marked “Original” and “Copy” respectively placed in one enveloped clearly marked: “Re- Tender No. TSDC/BL/01/2020-2022 - Provision of Security Services to Tlokweng Sub-District Council Facilities” on top of the enveloped shall be addressed to: Senior Assistant Council Secretary, Tlokweng Sub-District Council, Private Bag T05, Tlokweng and hand-delivered at LAPAD Secretary-s Office No. 16, located at Tlokweng Sub-District Council Offices. A non-refundable deposit fee of P250.00 (Two Hundred and Fifty Pula only) payable in favour of the Tlokweng Sub-District Council is required on collection of the T ender Document. Y outh companies shall acquire T ender Document at 50% payment as per Presidential Directive CAB 14 (B) 2015 upon proof of eligibility issued and certified by relevant authorities. Payment to be made at Council Revenue Office located at Tlokweng Sub-District Council Offices (RAC), Tlokweng between 07:30 and 12:45 and from 13:45 to 15:30. Directive on the Economic Diversification Drive (EDD), Presidential Directive CAB 34 (B) 2014 will be applied in this tender. Bidders who already purchased the tender will collect it for free.
