Expression of Interest are invited for Provision of Travel Management Services to Botswana Public Officers Pension Fund. 1.the Botswana Public Officers Pension Fund (“the Fund”) Invites Submissions of Expressions of Interest (Eoi) from Experienced 100% Citizen Owned Companies Registered and Operating in Botswana to Prequalify for the Provision of Travel Management Services for a Period of Two (2) Years. 2. Terms of Reference the Scope of Work Includes, but is not Limited To: 2.1 Arrangement of Travel for Bpopf Personnel in and outside Botswana. 2.2 Planning, Booking of Itineraries and Provision of Travel Tickets. 2.3 Group Reservations (Flights, etc) in Botswana and Internationally 2.4 Advising on Disruptions Related to Travel by Air, etc Caused by Strikes, Demonstrations, Weather Conditions, Diseases Outbreak. 2.5 Other Travel Services Such as, but not Limited to Securing Visa(S). 2.6 Any Other Proposed Additional Value Adding Services
