The specific objectives are;To conduct an evaluation of the implementation of the NHRDS (2009-2022) and establish achievement of the strategic and life cycle goalsTo develop a Transformative National Human Resource Development Strategy (2026-2036) and a high level Implementation plan (National Action Plan).
