Tenders are invited for Supply and Delivery of Batteries, Tyres, Tubes and Flaps for Moshupa Sub-District Council Fleet The physical address for collection of Tender Documents is: Moshupa Sub-District Council, Mechanical/ Transport Management Offices (Mr T. April and Mr B. Kereng). Documents may be collected during working hours between 0730 hours and 1245 hours and from 1345 hours to 1630 hours on weekdays (Monday to Friday) with effect from 4th March 2022 after providing proof of payment at collection office. A non-refundable fee of P150.00 (One Hundred and Fifty Pula only) payable in cash at Moshupa Sub-District Council, Revenue Office No. M018, (Ground Floor) RAC is required on collection of the Tender Document. Revenue office opens between 0730 hours and 1245 hours and from 1245 hours to 1530 hours during working days (Monday to Friday). a. Youth owned companies will buy the Tender Document at 50% of document value P75.00 (Seventy-Five Pula only) as per Presidential Directive CAB 14 (B) 2015. b. A 15% Price Preference Margin will apply for companies owned by youth, women and people with disabilities will apply as per Local Government Scheme Presidential Directive CAB 19 (B) 2013 as read with Government Policy Reform 2015; Affirmative Action in favour of youth. • Queries relating to the issuance of these documents may be addressed to: Mr T.
