Tenders are invited for Supply and Delivery of Bulk Fuel to Mahalapye Sub-District Council Fleet for Sixty (60) Months. A Non-Refundable Fee of p150.00 (One Hundred and Fifty Pula only) Payable in Cash Made out at Mahalapye Sub-District Council - Revenue Office No. 46 (Rac) in Mahalapye is Required on Collection of the Tender Document. Queries Relating to the Issuance of These Documents may be Addressed, in Writing, To: Senior Assistant Council Secretary, Mahalapye Sub-District Council, Private Bag 002, Mahalapye, Telephone No. 4718600, Effective 15th February, 2021. Tender Offers Duly Completed are to be Submitted in One (1) Plain Sealed Envelope Clearly Marked: “Tender No. Cdc/Mah/Ctu/t35/2021 — a Framework Contract for Supply and Delivery of Bulk Fuel to Mahalapye Sub-District Council Fleet for Sixty (60) Months” and Addressed To: Senior Assistant Council Secretary, Mahalapye Sub-District Council, Private Bag 002, Mahalapye. Tenderers are to Submit a Set of Two (2) Copies, One Original (1) Marked “Original” and Two (2) Copies Marked “Copy”. Tender Offers shall be Hand-Delivered and Registered At: The Secretary to Adjudication and Evaluation, Ground Floor, Rac Offices, Office No. 60, Xhosa Ii Ward, Mahalapye not Later than 0900 Hours on 12th March, 2021. The Closing Time for Receipt and Registration of Tender Offers is 0900 Hours on 12 Th March, 2021.
