- Tenders are invited for Supply and Delivery of Food Commodities for 13 Primary Schools in Ghanzi East Sub-District A non-refundable fee of P200.00 (Two Hundred Pula only) should be paid to Ghanzi District Council prior to collection offender Documents. Payments shall be made at Ghanzi East Sub-District Council Revenue Office. Tender Document will be sold at 50% of the required selling price for youth companies as per Presidential Directive 14 (B) 2 015. Proof will be required at point of sale that is, certified copies of Omang and Fonn of Directors. The physical address for collection of Tender Documents is: Ghanzi old Council Education Office, Block A. Documents may be collected during working days between 0730 hours and 1630 hours fiom 14th February, 2020 on presentation of receipt ofpayment from Revenue Office. Economic Diversification Drive Certificate is a requirement for qualification for preference under Citizen Empowerment Schemes for supplies, services and works. It is required that a copy be submitted. Procuring Entities will then verily the certificate with the Ministry of Investment, Trade and Industry (MITI). The copy of the certificate therefore does not need to be certified. The closing time for receipt of tender offers is 0900 hours on 18th March, 2020 and opening will be on the same day immediately afler closing at 0900 hours in tire presence of interested bidders in the LAPAD Office, Ipelegeng Buildings. Tender offers should be submitted as follows; one (1) marked “Original” and three (3) marked “Copies” in plain sealed envelopes clearly marked: ‘Tender No. GDC/GE/EDUC/12/2020 — Supply and Delivery of Food Commodities for 13 Primary Schools in Ghanzi District (Ghanzi East Sub-Council)”.
