Tenders are invited for Supply and Delivery of Food Commodity (3kg Fruit Jam) to Mahalapye Sub-District Primary Schools The physical address for collection of Tender Documents is: Mahalapye Sub-District Council, Xhosa II, Mahalapye Rural Administration Centre (RAC), Education Department (Principal Education Secretary-s office), Office No. 60. Documents may be collected during working days between 0730 hours and 1245 hours and from 1345 hours to 1630 hours with effect from 7th March 2022. A non-refundable fee of P100.00 (One Hundred Pula only) (50% for youth Presidential Directive CAB 14 (B) /2015) payable at Council Revenue Office, Mahalapye RAC is required on collection of the Tender Document. Revenue Office operation hours are between 0730 hours and 1245 hours and from 1345 hours to 1530 hours. Note: The receipt should be produced as proof of payment at the time of collection of the Tender Document. Any enquiries relating to the issuance of these documents may be addressed to: Mr B. V. The closing time for receipt of tender offers is 0900 hours on 1st April 2022. The tender shall be opened immediately after closure in the Courtroom, Mahalapye RAC.
