- Tenders are invited for Supply and Delivery of Motor Spares for North-West District Council The physical address for collection ofTender Documents is: Mechanical Workshop, North-West District Council, Works Depot. Documents may be collected during working hours between 0730 hours and 1245 hours and from 1345 hours to 1630 hours with effect from 6th March, 2020, except for weekends and public holidays. Anon-refundable fee of PI 50.00 (One Hundred and Fifty Pula only) payable in cash only must be paid at Revenue Office No. 014, Ground Floor of Blue Block, Rural Administration Centre, North-West District Council Headquarters, Maun, during normal working hours between 0730 hours and 1245 hours and from 1345 hours to 1530 hours. The receipt will be required on collection of the Tender Document. Half price for Y outli shall apply. Queries or clarifications relating to the issuance of these documents may be addressed in writing to: ChiefTechnical Officer (MB. Waniwa), Telephone No. 6860388, Fax No. 6860029. Tender offers should be submitted in a set of three (3); one (1) original Tender Document marked “Original” and two (2) copies of tire original marked “Copy”, all put in one sealed plain envelope marked: Tender No. NWDC/ HQ/CTU/02/2020-2021 — A Framework Contract for Supply and Delivery of Motor Spares for North-West District Council” and addressed to: The Council Secretary, North-West District Council, Private Bag 01, Maun, shall be hand-delivered to LAPAD Secretariat Office No. 017, North-West District Council, not later than 0900 hours on 6th April, 2020. The closing time for receipt of tender offers is 0900 hours on 6th April, 2020 and opening ofTender will be conducted immediately after closure on the same day in the North-West District Council, Open Space in front of LAPAD Office No. 017, Green Block, in the presence of bidders w`ho wish to attend.
