- Tenders are invited for Supply and Delivery of Officers’ Berets for Botswana Prison Services. The physical address for collection of Tender Documents is: Botswana Prison Sendees Headquarters, Broadhurst Industrial, Plot No. 10211, next to Mafulo House at the Supplies Office. Documents may be collected during working days between 0730 hours and 1245 hours and from 1345 hours to 1630 hours with effect from 2 7th July, 2020. Anon-retundable fee of PI 00.00 (One Hundred Pula only) in cash payable in favour of the Government of Botswana is required on collection of the Tender Document, youth companies will pay P50.00 (Fifty Pula only). A Single-Envelope Procedure will be followed. One (1) original marked “Original” plus two (2) copies marked “Copy” must be hand-delivered in sealed envelopes. Early tender offers will be submitted to: The Secretary, Ministerial Tender Committee, Ministry of Defence, Justice and Security Headquarters, Central Square Building, Ground Floor, Office No. 003, Gaborone, Central Business District, Phase 2, Plot No. 54355, between Masa Hotel and CTO Headquarters, until Monday, 24th August, 2020, at 1630 hours. Tender offers submitted on the closing day; 25th August, 2020, will be submitted to: The Secretary, Ministerial Tender Committee, Ministry` of Defence, Justice and Security Headquarters, Central Square Building, Ground Floor, Office No. 004, Gaborone, Central Business District, Phase 2, Plot No. 54355, between Masa Hotel and CTO Headquarters. Tender opening will take place immediately after closing at 0900 hours on 25th August, 2020 at: Ministry of Defence, Justice and Security Headquarters, Central Square Building, Ground Floor, Office No. 04, Gaborone, Central Business District, Phase 2, Plot No. 54355, between Masa Hotel and CTO Headquarters.
