Quotation are invited for Supply and Delivery of Porta Cabin Specification for Porta Cabin • Design, Supply and Install a 9 X 15 Metres with the following Minimum Features: • 1 Office • 2 Toilets - with Ceramic Toilet Bowl and Pan, including Wash Basins. • Shower and Coat Room • Morphology Lab including Wash Basins. • Pcr Lab • 2 Dark Rooms • 1 Storeroom with a Selfclosing Door to the Lab. Additional Set up Requirements are: • Double-Tier Power Skirting with Data • Supply and Connect Sewer Drainage Pipe to Manhole Provided by Water Utility Cooperation, 1 1 Omm Diam Eter Pipe including Connection Ana Excavation for not More than 600mm Deep. • Transportation to Francistown -Include Joining on-Site and Escort Services • Electricity Installation. • the Cabin should have Air Conditioning (3) All Quotations Submitted must be Accompanied by: • Proof of Company Registration • Vat Registration Certificate • Maximum 3 References for Provision of Similar Goods • Estimated Time of Delivery • Sample Design of Cabin Based on above Listed Specifications.
