Description:
Tenders are invited for Supply and Delivery of Pure Sunflower Oil for Primary Schools in Letlhakeng Sub-District Council The physical address for collection of Tender Documents is: Block C, First Floor, Office No. C40 (RAC), Letlhakeng. Documents may be collected during working days between 0730 hours and 1245 hours and from 1345 hours to 1630 hours during working days only and receipt of payment from Revenue has to be presented. A non-refundable deposit of P250.00 (Two Hundred and Fifty` Pula only) is payable in cash and is required before collection of the Tender Document. Youth companies will pay a non-refundable deposit of 50%; PI 25.00 (One Hundred and Twenty-Five Pula only) of the selling price as per the Government Policy Reform, 2015 and Presidential CAB 14(B) 2015 upon producing ID and Share Certificate. Payment should be made at Letlhakeng RAC, Council Revenue Office. The Revenue office is open on weekdays between 0730 hours and 1245 hours and from 1345 hours to 1530 hours. Tender Documents can be collected from 16th February, 2021. Tender offers should be submitted in one (1) set, one (1) marked “Original” in a plain envelope and three (3) marked “Copies” securely sealed and clearly marked: ‘Tender No. KDCTR/EDU/LTK/007/2021 — Supply and Delivery of Pure Sunflower Oil for Primary Schools in Letlhakeng Sub- District” and addressed to: Senior Assistant Council Secretary, Letlhakeng Sub-District Council, Private Bag 003, Letlhakeng, at LAPAD Office No. A.04, not later than 0900 hours on 17th March, 2021 and will be opened immediately after closing in the presence of bidders who may wish to attend at their own expenses at Letlhakeng RAC Chambers. The closing time for receipt of tender bids is 0900 hours on 17th March, 2021.
