Tenders are invited for Supply and Delivery of Spares for Motor Vehicles and Plant to Chobe District Council The physical address for collection of Tender Documents is: Council Transport Unit, next to Water Utilities Corporation, Plot No. 729, Light Industrial. Documents may be collected during working days between 0730 hours and 1245 hours and from 1345 hours to 1630 hours from 8th March, 2021 to 7th April, 2021. • A non-refundable fee of Pl50.00 (One Hundred and Fifty Pula only) must be made to Revenue Office No. C04, Rural Administration Centre, Chobe District Council, Kasane during working days between 0730 hours and 1245 hours and from 1345 hours to 1530 hours. Physical Address is Nunga Road, Plot No. 5085. Youth owned companies shall pay P75.00 (Seventy-Five Pula only). Only upon showing any proof of ownership. (Show proof with a valid Omang and Shareholders Certificate). • Queries or clarifications relating to the issuance of these documents may be addressed, in writing, not later than 19th March, 2021 to: Mr M. E. Mafaesa or Mr O. N. Tshukudu, Telephone No. 6250112, Fax No. 6250368. Written answers to all queries will be distributed to all tender offers in the Form of Addenda not later than 26th March, 2021. • The closing time and date for receipt of tender offers is 0900 hours on 7th April, 2021 and tender opening shall be on the same date in Office No. 107, of the LAPAD Secretariat in the presence of bidders wishing to attend immediately after closing. Late bids offers will not be accepted.
