- Tenders are invited for Supply and Delivery of Uniform, Protective Clothing and General Clothing for Kanye Administrative Authority A non-refundable fee of Pl50.00 (One Hundred and Fifty Pula only) in cash or by bank guaranteed cheque made in favour of Kanye Administrative Authority is charged for collection of Tender Documents. Payments shall be made at Council Revenue Office at Kanye Administrative Authority (KAA The physical address for collection of Tender Documents is: Council Supplies behind Choppies, Main Mall, Kanye, on presentation of receipt of payment. Documents may be collected during working days between 0730 hours and 1245 hours and from 1345 hours to 1630 hours from 8th February, 2021 Queries relating to the issuance of these documents may be addressed, in writing, to: The Procuring Entity, (Mrs D. Kelesitse), Private Bag MK 7, Kanye, Telephone No. 5440027, Fax No. 5441174.. • The closing time for receipt of tender bids is 0900 hours on 5th March, 2021. The time for opening of the tender bids is immediately after closing of the tender in the presence of bidders wishing to attend at their own expenses in the Kanye Administrative Authority Chambers. Telegraphic, telex, late and emailed tender bids will not be accepted.
