- Tenders are invited for Supply and Delivery of Uniform, Protective Clothing and General Clothing for Kanye Administrative Authority A non-Refundable Fee of Pi 50.00 (One Hundred and Fifty Pula only) in Cash or by Bank Guaranteed Cheque Made in Favour of Kanye Administrative Authority is Charged for Collection of Tender Documents. Payments shall be Made at Council Revenue Office at Kanye Administrative Authority (Kaa). Youth and People with Disability Owned Companies should be Charged Half of the Non-Refundable Fee for Collection of Tire Tender Document. The Companies should Bring Either Form 2/8/13/14 Fromcipa Showing Youth Ownership and Ids as Proof of Ownership upon the Purchase of the Tender Documents. The Physical Address for Collection of Tender Documents Is: Council Supplies behind Choppies, Main Mall, Kanye, on Presentation of Receipt of Payment. Documents may be Collected during Working Days between 07:30 and 12:45 and from 13:45 to 16:30 from 8th February, 2021. All Bidders shall Submit to the Client One (1) Original and Two (2) Copies of the Tender Offer in One (1) Plain Envelope Securely Sealed and Clearly Marked: ‘Tender No. Kaa/Sup/2/2020 - Supply and Delivery of Uniform, Protective Clothing and General Clothing” and Addressed To: Senior Assistant Council Secretary, Kanye Administrative Authority, Private Bag mk7, Kanye, at King George Offices (Lapad Office) near Segopotso Primary School, not Later than 09:00 on 5th March, 2021. The Closing Time for Receipt of Tender Bids is 09:00 on 5th March, 2021. The Time for Opening of the Tender Bids is Immediately after Closing of the Tender in the Presence of Bidders Wishing to Attend at Their Owm Expenses in the Kanye Administrative Authority Chambers. Late, Telegraphic, Telex, and Emailed Tender Bids will not be Accepted.
