Tenders are invited for Supply and Delivery of Various Medical Equipment A complete set of Bidding Documents may be purchased by interested Bidders on 24th August 2020 on the submission of a written application to the address above, and upon payment of a non- refundable fee of United States Dollar One Hundred only (USD 100.00) in cash or deposited directly in Kazungula Bridge Project Office account and proof of payment sent. The provisions in the Instructions to Bidders and in the General Conditions of Contract are the provisions of the Standard Bidding Documents under Japanese ODA Loans for the Procurement of Goods. Bids must be delivered to the above address at or before 10:30 hours on 8th October 2020 and must be accompanied by a Bid Security of USD 18,000.00.
