Supply and Installation of Air Traffic Surveillance System • The physical address for collection of tender documents is: Sir Seretse Khama International Airport (SSKIA), Terminal Building, Office Number 1001. • Documents may be collected during working hours between 0800 hrs and 1600 hrs from 12th June 2023. • A non-refundable deposit of BWP 7,500.00 or BWP 3,750.00 for youth registered companies upon production of identity cards and company documents of Shareholders, payable by cash or bank guaranteed cheque made out in favour of Civil Aviation Authority of Botswana and is required on collection of the tender documents. • Queries or clarifications relating to this tender document may be addressed in writing not later than 1700hrs on the 07th July 2023 to Chief Procurement Officer, Tel No.+267 3688200, Email address: tenders@caab.co.bw. • A compulsory site visit and pre-bid meeting with representatives of the Procuring Entity will take place at the airports on the following dates: Date Time Location 23 June 2023 0900 Hrs Terminal Building, Sir Seretse Khama International Airport 26 June 2023 0900 Hrs Terminal Building, PG Matante International Airport 28 June 2023 0900 Hrs Terminal Building, Kasane International Airport 30 June 2023 0900 Hrs Terminal Building, Maun International Airport The closing date and time for receipt of sealed tender offers is 1000 hrs on 28th July 2023. Tender opening is 1030 hrs on 28th July 2023. • Late tender offers will not be accepted. • The Bid Submission Method is: Two Envelope Submission Method in which the sealed original and two copies of the Technical Offer are placed in one separate sealed envelope, whilst the sealed original and two copies of the Financial Offer are enclosed in another separate sealed envelope.
