Description:
Expression of Interest are invited for Supply and Installation of Two Sediment Ponds. -Design, supply and install materials for one Daily Inflow Pond (HDPE lined), inflows are not expected to exceed 33m3/ph. -Design, supply and install materials for two sediment ponds (Concrete lined), as sediments are expected from the shaft sinking operations. -Interconnecting pipes between the ponds 160mm HDPE -Supply and install materials for accessories which will include capped 75mm bollards, 20mm UV resistant rope, life rings and swinging A-arms for the pump controls. A 1 m high berm will also be installed around the pond with access points. -Installation of safety devices, piping and pump control A-frames. -Fencing 1600mm high "No Goat "or Field fence with 1200x 150mm fully galvanised mesh (3 support wires) with two top barb wires with 1 x 7m lockable double gate openings to allow for cleaning of the sediment ponds. A second 3.5m wide gate will be required to allow access to the pumps. The contractor will supply the required post hole boring, concreted installation of steel strainer posts and bracing, star pickets or steel posts and mesh and wire. All components shall be galvanised.
