Description:
Expression of Interest are invited for Supply and Service of Fire Equipment for Mp Mining at Kopano Copper Mine and Camp Site at Mosetse. 3. SCOPE OF WORK The Service provider shall be competent and licensed to provide the service and must be capable of conducting pressure-testing the vessels at prescribed intervals, as stipulated in the regulations under Mines, Quarries, Works and Machinery Chapter 44:02. Mobilize the service equipment to site to carry works based on the Purchase Order awarded for the period. Record and reconcile inventory of all the equipment for Kopano Copper Mine under your responsibility. Comply with all SHEA regulations for Kopano Copper Mine and report any incidents / accidents that may occurred while on site. Reporting to the SHEA Manager or his/her nominees, the Supplier shall complete a service schedule for a period of twelve months for all stipulated equipment and submit before any work is carried out. A comprehensive report detailing work completed shall be submitted to the SHEA department at least 24 hours after work completion. The closing date for receipt of EOI is 26th May 2022 at 1500 hours, local time. MP Mining will not, under any circumstances whatsoever, take any responsibility for delayed or misdirected submissions that fail to meet the closing date and time prescribed above.
