Tenders are invited for Supply, Delivery and Installation of Computers and Accessories for Okavango Sub-District Council A non-refundable fee of Pl00.00 (One Hundred Pula only) payable in cash shall be made at the Council Revenue Office No. CIO, Revenue Office opens during working days between 0730 hours and 1245 hours and from 1345 hours to 1530 hours, Youth persons of 18 - 35 years shall pay a non-refundable fee of P50.00 (Fifty Pula only) of the tender price upon producing ID and any form indicating company ownership from Intellectual Property Authority (CIPA). The physical address for collection of Tender Documents: is IT Office No. B23, RAC, Gumare. Documents shall be collected during working hours between 0730 hours and 1245 hours and from 1345 hours to 1630 hours on weekdays with effect from 4th March 2022 and production of a receipt as proof of payment will be required for issuance of the Tender Document. • The Procuring Department is: Human Resource and Administration (IT Division) - Okavango Sub-District Council. Tenderers are to submit documents in three copies, one (1) marked “Original” and two (2) marked “Copy”. Tender offers shall be hand-delivered and registered at LAPAD Office No. A 21, Ground Floor, RAC Gumare. • Queries relating to the issuance of these documents may be addressed, in writing to: Senior Systems Analyst, R.
