Description:
1. Water Backup SystemThe water backup system should meet the following requirements:i. Provide uninterrupted water supply to the building in the event of a disruption in the main water supplyii. Have sufficient capacity to meet the water needs of the building occupants for at least 48 hoursiii. Have a water storage tank that meets the building's water needs and complies with the local regulationsiv. Also provide a provision of water storage to be refilled by the main line when water comes and cuts when full” putting a float switch.2. Outdoor Break AreaThe outdoor break area should meet the following requirements:i. Design and construct a garden with appropriate landscaping features and plantsii. Install a lawn and provide necessary irrigation system to maintain the lawniii. Install benches and other seating arrangements to provide comfortable seating for the building occupantsiv. Provide adequate lighting to ensure safety and security during the evening hours
